Our customers prefer WhatsApp. Can we send quotations, invoices and delivery notifications from Odoo through WhatsApp?

Yes. Odoo Enterprise includes a WhatsApp integration based on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

How to use it

  • Connect a WhatsApp Business account through Meta and link it in Odoo.
  • Create message templates and submit them for Meta approval.
  • Send templates manually from records or automatically with automation rules, for example when an order is confirmed.
  • Customer replies arrive in Odoo Discuss so your team can respond.

Meta charges for conversations according to its own pricing, and customers must agree to receive messages. Plan your templates and consent process before launch.
