• In Maintenance, create each generator under Equipment with its category, location and responsible technician.
• Create a maintenance request for the generator, set the type to preventive, choose the team and plan the first date.
• Enable the recurrent option on the request and set the interval, for example every 1 month, or every 3 months for chillers.
• Use the maintenance calendar or the kanban grouped by date so the team sees upcoming work.
• Close requests with notes and duration, so each equipment form shows its full history and reliability indicators.
